This is one of the most flavorful and easiest recipes ever and you only need minimal ingredients. Before starting you may find something very interesting from this recipe. I hope you like it!
The ingredients:
- Eggs – The amount of eggs you use will be the amount of mixed ‘batter’ you will get.
- Milk – The above also goes for milk.
- Vanilla Extract – Every bite you take you taste the flavor of vanilla which is what you want.
- Ground Cinnamon – You need cinnamon since it will give your bread a nice taste.
- Oat Bread – One of the most healthiest substitutions, it is so much better than any other bread since it absorbs a lot of the mixture, becoming very fluffy.
- Margarine – This is very important since it’s going to toast your bread.
- Maple Syrup – Any type of maple syrup will do.
- Fruit – Any type of fruit is great it gives your French toast much more flavor.
Directions:
Step 1: Get 2-3 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, splash of vanilla extract, and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon. You will then whisk your ingredients until it becomes a nice consistency.
Step 2: Get a nice medium sized pan and let sit in medium to low heat with a tablespoon of margarine. (Please watch your pan so it does not become too hot)
Step 3: Toast the amount of slices you want to use, you want your bread to be a nice brownish color, and dip each slice equally on both sides. (DO NOT let it sit for too long)
Step 4: You will now toast your slice(s) of bread in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, becoming a nice brown pattern. (DO NOT let your French toast burn)
Step 5: Once you’re done plate your French toast and cut up some strawberries (add other fruits to your likening)
