In my personal experience of visiting the band, “Crocodile River,” I learned a lot. The main thing I learned is that you DO NOT need to be part of a culture to enjoy their music. Listening to Crocodile River was hands-down one of the best field trips I had ever gone to. Being able to interact with the band members and clapping along and singing with them was one of the most fun things I have ever done in a field trip. Despite how loud the music was, closing your eyes would mute out everything and let you hear only the instruments playing. The unique use of their instruments added more charm to how they played and the way they used it.
