Air-Fried Egg Cauliflower
This is a very quick and easy recipe that pairs well with ANY other foods. There are minimal ingredients in this recipe, this air-fried cauliflower is very delicious and a fan-favorite in my household.
How To Make Egg Cauliflower
The Ingredients
- Cauliflower: I recommend a small or medium sized cauliflower. It really does not matter as long as you have enough egg wash.
- Avocado Oil: A very healthy alternative of oil and will define the rich flavor. *The brand does not matter*
- Egg: Depending on the size of your Cauliflower 1-2 eggs are fine. I used one large egg for mine since my cauliflower was small. The egg wash was enough for all of the florets.
- Salt & Pepper: Salt and pepper are very important since it will give your cauliflower seasoning. You DO NOT want it bland!
- Italian seasoning: Italian seasoning tops it off since it has oregano, parsley, and other herbs in it giving it a nice flavor.
DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Cut up your Cauliflower ’til you get a good bunch of florets that you want to use. In a pot you will add half a cup of water. Until the water starts boiling, you will then add your florets into the boiling water, covering it up and wait until your cauliflower is soft when poked.
Step 2: Strain your cauliflower and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Preheat your oven to 370॰F on air-fryer mode or on roast exactly at the same temperature.
Step 4: After those 10 minutes of cooling you will then get a baking sheet, put some aluminum foil on top and drizzle some avocado oil over it..
Step 5: You will combine 1-2 eggs with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until liquidy. Then grab a basting brush, and brush the egg wash covering each floret.
Step 6: Place your backing sheet containing the cauliflower in the oven for 12 minutes. Once those 12 minutes are up you will safely take the baking sheet out and place it somewhere to cool.
Lastly, you are able to plate and eat this delicious recipe. Enjoy!
